This came from eBay the only place I could find it!
The taper did a stellar job capturing this, many thanks for sharing.
Needed minimal restoration & just some light touches with the remastering.
The only negative is that it is very lossy (@ 192).
If anyone out there has a better version please get in touch.
That aside much to enjoy, Mark on good form though jet lagged!
Dedicates "Vapour Trail" to Andy Bell which was a nice touch,
as we all know Ride got back together and still had what it takes.

Remaster Notes:
A wonderfull recording.
Massive thanks to the taper & those who shared.
No restoration needed just a straight remaster.
Did quite a bit of re-tracking & editing, runs much better now.
Only one very minor negative to mention,
at 3:50 of "Live Forever" there is a half second of what I can only describe as a burst of static.
If that could be removed with out damaging the recording it would be sweet.
Defeated me, may be some kind soul will try and remove it in the future.
The band are on great from here so much to like.
Talkers are only present between songs which is excellent!

Remaster Notes:
Another gig from the R.C. archives, much appreciation his way.
This is okay to fair.
So probably for hard core fans only.
Needed a fair amount of restoration & remastering.
Some tape hiss still present, removed as much as possible.
So it sounds a bit "wobbly" now & then.
Some dreaded talkers/shouters shouting at various points.
So....
Not the best listen ever but I've heard many, many worse.
Track 6 is a non musical high light people shouting ''Lee's On Fire!!''.
Guess it was put out as no further mentions.

Remaster Notes:
Another nice show from the Richard Coulthard collection,
much appreciation to him for sharing here.
There is some microphone noise handling on this.
Couldn't remove it so it remains.
There was a gap of just over a second  in ''Hey Momma'' which I patched best I could.
Also there is a tape issue for a split second on "Starlight", but it goes quickly.
This needed some minor restoration & very light remastering.
Another great slice of dream pop history.

Who ever many thanks to them & the taper for sharing in the first place.
Nice recording by the taper.
Arrived as flac's but spek reports them as lossy, so they are here in mp3.
This ran way too fast so it has been slowed down to the correct speed.
Suffered from a lot of tape hiss, have removed as much as possible.
Needed some restoration & then remastering.
Did some editing to make it flow better.
Tape flip after "world shut your mouth" I think, no music lost as far as I can tell.

Also huge thanks to Felt Fan and Ju S. Ju for sharing.
This I got from Rob's blog, here is the link:

So many thanks to him for sharing & those mentioned above.
This took a lot of time to figure out.
Got it as near as I could to what I wanted.
Spent a lot of time on this, but think it was worth it.
Two issues remain:
1. The background chatter when the music is quiet.
2. It is lossy.
If anyone has a better version & would be willing to share please get in touch.
For now this is the best it can be.
A slice of history here for you to keep & treasure.
Amazing band, sadly over looked by many.
Was lucky enough to see them once at a small venue in London,

Thanks the taper for his/her great job of capturing the performance,
and to Z for sharing/posting.
Both much appreciated.
In Z's notes he doubts the source.
I agree, this is for me an audience recording.
Used as much hiss reduction as I could for this but it is still noticeable.
For brief moments the tape age/wear shows up but there aren't that many,
shouldn't spoil your listen.
This was pitch & speed corrected.
Then worked on with some restoration & remastering.
Sounds quite nice, very pleased with how it turned out.

special mention to Alan for all his Felt shares, very much appreciated.
Really nice recording by the taper.
Quite a lot of "chatter" on this.
Needed some restoration & remastering.
Was to fast so slowed it down.
Went well, only neg apart from talkers is that it is lossy.
Still well worth a listen & to add to your collection.
Enjoy...

Japan - I'll Just Sit And Wonder Why

Source FM Radio Broadcast

Track List:

01 Sons Of Pioneers > Alien
02 Gentlemen Take Polaroids
03 Cantonese Boy
04 Visions Of China
05 Nightporter
06 Canton
07 Ghosts
08 Still Life In Mobile Homes
09 Quiet Life
10 The Art Of Parties

Remaster Notes:-
My thanks to the taper & seeder for the share.
This needed little restoration, just some clicks mainly being removed.
Have used some very gentle touches on this,
the top was a little flat so enhanced that mainly.
It was a nice recording & a pleasure to work on.
Used as much hiss reduction as was possible,
to use any more would have squashed the dynamics.
As the below notes say there aren't many shows from this time in this quality,
so a must for fans & a great reminder (if one was needed) of the band.

Enjoy...

This probably came from Alan many thanks to him,
I can't remember clearly, my memory fade gets worse as the calender changes!
This had a lot of work done to it.
It was pitch & speed corrected then remastered.
Did a couple of minor edits.
Sounds lovely.
If you already have this in your collection you should grab this,
you will be very happy with what you hear this is a major upgrade.
