Remaster Notes:-

Excellent recording of the often overlooked Motorcycle Boy.
It needed little restoration & then applied some light eq.

There was/is a glitch in "hey mama" @ 1:25 which was repaired as best I could.
Some talkers are in here but nothing to bad, most of the time it is glorious.

This was kindly shared by & from The Richard Coulthard Collection.
Many thanks to him for this and all that is to come, top man!!

Great slice of pop history here for those that still remember & care enough.
Got to save this stuff for the kids in the future when our lights have gone out...

As always enjoy...

What a gent!

This is a worse recording than the last one.
Took a lot to get it sorted.
Many issues & had to slow it down a lot (around 5%).
This one is only for fans of the band.
It is still very rough round the edges, did my best with what I had.
If you decide to listen hope you enjoy it.

What a gent!

This was in a bad way when I got to transfer it.
Lots of issues.
Repaired it best I could & have brought out what was there.
This is not for the casual listener.
That said if you like the band you will probably want this.
It is listenable now, maybe 6/10 for an audience recording of it's age,
plus the generation is not known so don't expect to much and it may well surprise you.
Enjoy if taking the plunge.

Track 11 tape flip, joined at 5 seconds in, nothing lost.
Track 20 cuts at end, so faded.

From the Richard Coulthard collection.
A huge amount of thanks to him for sharing his treasures.
What a gent!

Did my thing & hear it is.
Has some brickwalling on the vocals in places,
was on the master, did what I could to tame it down.
Turned out nice, hardly any talkers,
the clapping at the end of each song is annoying,
I have reduced it down as much as possible.

Vinyl transfer of 06 21 82
Double lp 33rpm

Whiskybob 2011
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Taken from a bootleg LP, the "Bologna 06/21/82" double LP issue.
I'm now of the opinion that this is sourced from a an excellent-quality audience tape rather than a soundboard,
as the kick drum/cymbals are more echoey than what you would get with a soundboard
and there is near audience banter that can be heard in between the second and third songs.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Remaster Notes:-

Many thanks to Whiskybob for sharing his vinyl, much appreciated.
Great audience recording of this gig, whoever did it I thank you.

This had/has a few issues.

The original had loads of vinyl noise [clicks/crackles].
It also had a lot of rumble.
Sorted these & did some other bits of restoration before remastering.
This went very well & only needed some light treatment.
It can still be a bit harsh in the top end but other than that really good.
Did some editing to improve on what was there.

This has an awful lot of speed fluctuations.
It goes all over the place in some songs.
So I did what I could, there are still many speed issues,
if they could be sorted this would be 9/10.
I am not doing it, not from being lazy, just the time it would take,
I just don't have enough of it to sort it out.
If there is a kind soul out there who could do it & share with us it would be great.
As it stands it is a solid 7.5/10.
