Remaster Notes:
This was very "thin" sounding, lacked body.
Have done what I can, a certain improvement.
Lots of tape noise, "whooshing", sounding effects.
Top end in places much to bright.
I re-tracked it & edited out as much audience noise as was possible.
During the music not to bad for crowd talking/shouting.
It also ran too fast, so corrected it to what you hear.
During "Girl Afraid" there is loads of mic noise, like the lead from it was being messed with.
May be I am being to critical.
Bottom line don't expect that much and you may be presently surprised,
how often does that happen?

Remaster Notes:
Many thanks to Alan for sharing here, much appreciated.
This is great audio quality, but it had one of the worst editing jobs ever!
Tracks cut off & starting at random.
I decided to fade in/out to make it a better listen.
It is very slightly distorted but nothing major.
Remastered well, sounds very nice.
So editing aside a nice show for your collection.
Enjoy...

Original Notes:
Unfortunately there are only two Primitives shows I own.
This is the second one.
First one uploaded as torrent # 123649, Glasgow Barrowlands.
More Primitives shows would be appreciated.
Got this on cd-r in a trade, so I can't say anything about sources.
A good audience recording I would say, rate B+.
Nearly 46 min long.
Lineage: trade > cd-r > wave > flac8
Sorry, no scanner, no artwork.
Enjoy!!

Remaster Notes:

Really nice recording we have here.
It had some bad editing & problems with tracks 10 & 11.
Those 2 had channel balance issues, most in the right & little in the left.
Fixed that up, (you would never know).
A few bits of restoration which include numerous clicks being removed & then remastering.
The biggest issue was the bass.
Now I love Andy's playing very much, but it was swamping everything else.
So have lowered it down & it is now under control.
There is a tape "wobble" at the start of "That Joke" that I was unable to fix.
Used fades in/out rather than abrupt finishes & starts.
Took a fair amount of time to fix & make it what you hear.
To me a much better listen than before.
If you partake hope you enjoy.

Many thanks to Parry for the date correction.
The original sounded completely flat.
So I have gently coaxed it back to what it was orignally.
Did some minor restoration, some edits & light touches to bring it out better.
Sounds really nice, if you like this era of Mr. Weller then you can't go wrong with this.
Enjoy...

Remaster Notes:

My thanks (as always) to Alan for sharing & the taper for a nice recording.
This was very slightly off pitch, not by much but enough to be corrected.
Did some channel leveling to balance it out correctly.
Very little restoration other than that.
Gentle touches to the remastering, just to bring it out better.
Did a few edits, mostly fade ins/outs.
Crowd shouters/talkers/hecklers present between songs but overall okay during the music.
Anyway turned out really well & worth the download if this is your bag.
A nice addition to your collection.
Enjoy.
